Detailed Product Description
CiPiTENE (C) Recycled High Density Polyethylene granule coming from our treatment's plants of post-consumer plastic bottles.
Qualified for hollow bodies blow-moulding (bottles, watering cans ..), for extrusion (no pressure pipes, profiles, sheets, nets, boards....) and thermoforming.
CiPiTENE (C) colour is light green: it can be easily coloured on darker colour with standard masterbatches by the Customer directly.
CiPiTENE (C) M.F.I. is 0,3 g/10' at 190°C/2,16 Kg or 1,4 g/10' at 190°C/5 Kg or 34,1 g/10' at 190°C/21,6 Kg. Density 0,95
During the hot working it smells slightly of detergent but the product don't smell when cooled off.
CiPiTENE (C) has a low PP contents and it is filtered with 100 microns sieves usually, On request it is possible to have it also filtered with 80 microns sieves.
CiPiTENE is packed on 25 Kg bags usually. It can be packed also on 1.250 Kg big bags or
on 1.020 Kg octabin. On request it is possible to supply it also in bulk silo.
