Detailed Product Description
CiPiTENE granule is qualified to produce blow-moulded hollow bodies like single layer bottles, watering pots, two/three layers co-extruded bottles particularly.
It is used also to extrude profiles, no pressure pipes, nets, sheets, boards, and so on and for thermoforming.
CiPiTENE Melt Flow Index is 0,3 g/10 minutes at 190 C / 2,16 Kg. Density 0,95
CiPiTENE colour is light green but it can be easily coloured on darker colours with standard masterbatches by the Customer directly.
CiPiTENE is impurity free because it is filtered with 100 microns sieves (on request with 80 microns sieves too) and it has a low PP contents.
CiPiTENE is packed on 25 Kg plastic bags usually. It is possible to pack it also on 1.250 Kg n.w. big bags or on 1.020 Kg n.w. octabins. On request it is possible supply it also on bulk-silo. A 20' sea-container contains 16,25 mT n.w. A 40' container contains 21,5 mT n.w.
