Detailed Product Description

Since 19 years Centro Plastica Srl produces a sole product: the CiPiTENE(C), a Post-Consumer Recycled High Density Polyethylene granule (PCR-HDPE).
CiPiTENE is qualified for hollow bodies blow-mouding (single layer bottles, 2-3 layers co-extruded bottles, watering pots..), for extrusion (profiles, no pressure pipes, membranes, nets, sheets, boards...) and for thermoforming.
CiPiTENE colour is light green only. It is easily coloured on darker colours with standard masterbatches by the Customer directly.
CiPiTENE Mel Flow Index is 0,3 g/10' at 190°C/2,16 Kg or 1,5 g/10' at 190°C/5 Kg or 35,3 g/10'
at 190°C/21,6Kg. Density 0,95.
CiPiTENE is impurity free because it is filtered with 100 microns sieves (on request also with 80 microns sieves) and it has a low PP contents.

CiPiTENE is packed on 25 Kg plastic bags usually.
By truck or by railway, it is possible to pack it also on 1.250 Kg n.w. big bag or on 1.020 Kg n.w. octabin. On request CiPiTENE can be supplied on bulk silo too.
A 20' sea container contains 16,25 mT n.w. of CiPiTENE packed on 25 Kg plastic bags.
A 40' sea container contains 25,50 mT n.w. of CiPiTENE packed on 25 Kg plastic bags.
